Aitor Arruti (1993, Andoain, Basque Country) studied Mechanical Engineering in the University of Mondragon and in 2015 he moved to Copenhagen to study a Master in Engineering Design and Applied Mechanics.
Since then he lives in Denmark where he has worked as a designer and product developer. Since young he has been involved in different art forms such as music, photography and videography.
Recently he has started directing his focus to conceptual photo and video projects which often rely on symbols to make social critiques. Inviting the viewer to decode these symbols, his works propose reflections about daily contradictions and modern life..
